Upon Ty’s graduation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2001, Ty began his legal career by opening his private Southern California law practice in northern San Diego County. In the years since, Ty has devoted his practice to representing clients with high-quality, personal, and cost-effective services. Ty has successfully defended hundreds of people in all areas of criminal law; has helped individuals reduce their debts by hundreds of thousands of dollars; and, has assisted families in protecting their assets.

Ty grew up in northern San Diego County where he still lives today with his wife and three sons. The family enjoys many outdoor activities, and can routinely be found playing out in the desert riding the boys’ motorcycles, up in the mountains exploring in their 4-wheel drive vehicle, or at the river on the ski boat.
