 Ty
Carss was born William Taylor Carss in November 1969. While William
Taylor is a fine name, he has always been called "Ty." Ty grew up in
Southern California, spending his elementary years in the San Fernando
Valley, before moving to Escondido with his family at the end of 1979.
In 1987, Ty graduated from Orange Glen High School where he was a celebrated
Water Polo player and Swimmer, having earned six Varsity Letters, was Team
Captain, and broke several swimming records (one of which is believed to
still stand to this day.)
Ty attempted to
find his way after high school, attending the University of Arizona for a
while, then Palomar Community College, and then earning his Bachelors of
Arts degree in Literature & Writing from the California State University,
San Marcos (CSUSM).
Ty attended law
school at the University of San Diego, School of Law . . .
